This questionnaire is for learners in Cambridgeshire who have a Personal Learning Coach.  We need to find out whether personal learning coaching helps students.

By answering the questionnaire below, you will be contributing to valuable research. It will help us to decide whether it is worth offering this type of coaching to other students in future. Your experience and views of personal learning coaching are important.

All your answers are confidential. You do not need to give your name. 

Your Personal Learning Coach will give you the User name and Password.

Fill in the questionnaire

Note: participation in the questionnaire is completely voluntary. Your decision whether or not to take part will not affect how you are seen by your coach or by anyone else in the organisation. If you decide to participate, you can stop answering the questionnaire at any point, but it will be useful to us only if ALL the answers are filled in. We do not require any details which could identify you, and please do not mention anyone else's name. Any information obtained will remain confidential, and will be used only for trying to improve personal learning coaching in the future.
