What happens at a meeting?

At first you can chat to your PLC about who you are and what you do. You can also find out about them too; they probably have lots of experience you can relate to.

Your PLC will ask you about your work and what study or assignments you have to do. You can tell them what aspects of your work you find difficult or are unsure about.

At the next meeting you can talk about how you managed these targets.

Your PLC may also give you some exercises or do some planning with you to help you learn.
