What's different about it?
Personal Learning Coaches have worked one–to–one with a range of young people taking different programmes of learning, both academic and vocational. Their ages have ranged from 14 upwards.
It seems we all want the same thing: someone to be interested in what we are doing and to value it. That is not to say that other people are not interested in the young person, but the PLC is impartial and there to support the individual in what ever way is needed.
They are always on the learner's side!
